This May, professors Marie Walker, Mark Kruger and Dick Martin presented at the Association for Psychological Science conference in New York along with students Carrie Boike ’15, Jordan Gette ’16 and Ashley Ziegenhagen ’16.

It was a fast and productive trip that included presenting research, listening to renowned speakers and riding the subway for a quick bit in Chinatown.

Professor Marie Walker with her 2014 Self and Identity upper level seminar students presented research titled “Emotional Self-Regulation Following Anger Induction in Athletes and Non-Athletes.” The student co-authors are Mariel Aamot ’14, Sarah Barthell ’14, Caitlin Dow ’14, Marissa Fretheim ’14, Christina Henderson ’14, Jill Kalis ’14, Boyden Lee ’14, Daniel Marino ’14, Blair Riegel ’14, Jamie Ries ’14, Marisol Rojas ’14, Joshua Rostad ’14, Abigail Schnorr ’14, Morgan Stadheim ’14, Trevor Stromme ’15, Mari Tabata ’14, Jacob Tone ’14, and Tucker Vogt ’14.
