The psychological science department’s honor society, Psi Chi, recently held a grad school panel in which four Gustavus Adolphus College psychology professors talked about their experiences at grad school. Kyle Chambers, Janine Wotton, Patty Reeder, and Michaela Bucchianeri were the four faculty members on the panel. They shared tips and advice they wished they had been given about grad school and then answered questions. Student’s questions included letters of recommendations, the GRE test, and differences between programs and degrees.

The next event will be held on Thursday, October 23 in Beck Hall 201 at 7:30 p.m. Psi Chi will host Dr. Mischa Tursich (PhD, LP), a clinical psychologist who conducts clinical work with adults, specializes in treatment of self-destructive or compulsive behaviors and trauma-related disorders, and researches PTSD.  She will be speaking about her career, her research, and will answer student questions.
